it's hard to get a sense of progress (or lack thereof) when i never write anything down. a lot of things are going to change soon - new school, new city, new apartment - and i want to take control back any way i can.
new rules for this week:
1. max. 1500 calories per day (including all drinks)
2. drink 32 oz. of water per day
3. diet soda only
4. no red meat
5. limit carb intake
6. no purging unless over cal. limit
7. morning and evening weigh-in

starting tomorrow i'll track what i eat. binged and purged this morning (post weigh-in) so today is more or less a wash in terms of numbers; i'm allowing myself 800 calories for the rest of the day.
